All sales are final and non-refundable.
If your items are damaged during manufacturing or while they are in transit to you, submit a request to our support team at https://support.makeship.com/hc/requests/new. Please include your order number (starting with “#MSP”) along with a detailed description and photos of the damages.
If a campaign does not reach the minimum funding goal by the time the campaign is over, Makeship refunds the full order amount to the payment method used after the campaign has ended.
