Changing shipping addresses requires you to be logged in to a Makeship account.
If you do not have a Makeship account, one can be created at: https://www.makeship.com/signup. It is highly recommended to use the same email that you placed your order with.
All your past and current orders will appear once you sign up, and you will be able to update their shipping addresses.
Important:
- We are unable to make any address changes for shipped orders. You may contact the local courier once the package arrives in your country to arrange delivery directly with them.
- No address changes can be made for orders that are ready-to-ship at the time of purchase.
To change your shipping address after an order has been placed:
- Login to Makeship
- Navigate to My Account
- Navigate to your Order History
- Select the order you want to change the shipping address for
- Select Change Shipping Address
- Enter your new shipping address
- Click Update Address and your package will now ship to your new shipping address!
- For multiple orders, you will need to change the shipping address for each order
Note: While we are unable to change the billing address, this won’t affect the delivery of your order.
