Sometimes a campaign needs a little more support to move forward. If it doesn’t reach the required goal, the product simply won’t go into production and all pledges are automatically refunded. No worries, no action needed from you.
Refunds are processed within 7 days of a campaign ending and typically appear in your original payment method within 2–7 business days.
