Shipping times vary and depend on the type of product ordered. The shipping date can be found right on the product listing, as well as under the Shipping & Returns tab on the product page.
For limited-time crowdfunded products, we start bringing your plushies (and more) to life immediately after a successful campaign has ended. Typically, we start shipping your products out 2 to 3 months after a campaign has ended.
For limited quantity and 'ready-to-ship' products, you can expect your order to be shipped 2 to 4 days after purchase.
Note: For most locations, the estimated delivery date is 7 to 15 business days for most countries after the products have been shipped out. Delivery to some areas may take closer to 10 to 30 business days.
