Sometimes orders ship in multiple packages, especially if items have different production or shipping dates.
Here’s how to make sure you’ve received everything:
1. Look through all boxes or parcels you’ve received.
2. Check with neighbors or building management in case someone received your package on your behalf.
3. Review your order confirmation email for each item’s expected dispatch date. Each package may have its own tracking number, so if items have already shipped, look out for separate tracking emails as well.
