All sales are final and non-refundable. Replacements or store credit will be offered in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly received items.

If you suspect your item was damaged during manufacturing or transit, please submit a support request and our Customer Service team will assist you as soon as possible!
Be sure to include your order number (starting with "MSP"), a detailed description of the defect or damage, and clear photos of the product you received.
For limited-time crowdfunded products, if the campaign does not reach the minimum funding goal by the time the campaign is over, Makeship will refund the full order amount to the payment method used after the campaign has ended.
