Makeship is a crowdfunding platform and needs the community’s support in bringing every crowdfunded product to life via a campaign.
If a limited-time crowdfunded product campaign does not reach the minimum funding goal by the time the campaign is over, Makeship will refund the full order amount to the payment method used after the campaign has ended.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of a campaign ending.
Note: Address changes to ineligible regions after purchase will result in an automatic refund.
