All sales are final and non-refundable. Replacements or store credit will be offered in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly received items.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of delivery if you have any issues or concerns about your product. If you believe your item was damaged during the manufacturing process or while in transit, please submit a support request here. Please include your order number (starting with "#MSP"), a detailed description of the product defects / damage, and pictures of the product you received.
For limited-time crowdfunded products, if the campaign does not reach the minimum funding goal by the time the campaign is over, Makeship will refund the full order amount to the payment method used after the campaign has ended.
